Resources
The Partnership for Food Safety Education is a national non-profit that delivers trusted, science-based behavioral health messaging and a network of resources that support consumers in their efforts to reduce risk of foodborne infection. We help consumers keep important actions top-of-mind for reducing the risk of foodborne infection and to protect their health and that of their families.
In this Resource Center health and food safety educators will find a wealth of materials developed by the Partnership and others that outline the research and the history behind the core four safe food handling messages and that frame the roles and goals of the Partnership for Food Safety Education and its national BAC! Fighters network.
These resources will help BAC! Fighters understand the origins of the Partnership and the Fight BAC!® campaign, the historical and scientific basis of food safety, as well as where to go to get information on safe food handling practices. To add your own materials, click on the links to the right.
